Why is the Support Case Email not using Case Profile From name?
I am having an issue with the From Name in the Case Profile.
When using the "Email" button under the Communication tab on the Case Form, it will show two radio buttons for the sender address, one lists the name and email on the case profile, the other lists the user name/nickname and email creating the email.
When the case profile email is selected, it will show the correct email in the from section of the email, but the name changes to the name of the current user.
Is there something that I am missing? I tried changing my nickname,
