How to handle Colorado Delivery Fee
Our online store (Shopify) is connected to our Netsuite through FarApp. Both Shopify and Netsuite use Avatax for tax calculations so there are no discrepancies. Until, Colorado came up with their 27-cent delivery fee. Per Avatax website Colorado wants to see this separate from other taxes and fees. Sure enough when a Colorado order comes from Shopify to FarApp, a separate item Colorado Delivery Fee with 27 cents is trying to import into Netsuite. Since we do not have such an item the import fails. My question is what type of item this should be? Do we consolidate and
