NetSuite Admin Tip: Supply Allocation > Order Management Dashboard is Missing

One of the common issues that users may encounter when using the Supply Allocation feature in NetSuite is that the Order Management Dashboard is not showing under Transactions > Order Management.

If this scenario happens, users should verify if both the Supply Allocation feature and the Sales Channel Allocation features are enabled on the account.

The Sales Channel Allocation feature should also be enabled to be able to have the Order Management Dashboard link under Transactions > Order Management.The Sales Channel Allocation feature enables you to do the following:

  • Define sales channel records to represent your organization’s multi-channel sales hierarchy.
