How to restore sent via netsuite, com in the email header?

edited Jun 2, 2025 2:33PM in Ask A Guru 12 comments

Hi There

Recently, a Netsuite account had the DKIM set up as well as the SPF updated to include 'sent-via-netsuite.com'

Prior to doing this, emails sent to customers from Netsuite were not being delivered (they were showing in the undelivered list) as well as external customers were not receiving them,

However, now, the issue is internally, emails are being blocked (e.g. expense claim emails from Netsuite to the approver).

This is because previously, the mail server had 'accepted' any emails sent from abc.com (example of the company's domain) with 'sent-via netsuite.com' in the header.

However, now, with the dkim, since there is no 'sent via netsuire.com' in the header these emails are being blocked.

Howdy, Stranger!
