Why is the COGS on report not the same with GL impact?

hi expert,

on customer invoice below, there is information column for the cost (as COGS), after the real average cost of item has been re-calculated by system, GL impact and invoice column showed different result. is there any way make both amount to same result ?


the impact was, if we compare between COGS account with cost sales by item report, will not same result.
