How to track Sales Order Line Item changes?

hi team,

client requires that item changes in the sales order be tracked on a weekly basis via amount, date when changed occurs and net increase decrease for the week for that item. System notes only reflect changes in total amount once I change in line item level ordered items/goods. May I seek advise if there is a workaround/standard feature in netsuite to get the information required. thank you
