Reminder: Transition from Online Bill Pay with Metavante to a Different Solution
This is a reminder for customers that have the Online Bill Pay feature enabled in your NetSuite account. Support for Online Bill Pay with Metavante (FIS) was discontinued in 2016.
Important: If you are still using Online Bill Pay with Metavante (FIS) to make payments, you must transition to a different solution before Friday, March 31, 2023.
What is Changing
As of Friday, March 31, 2023, Oracle NetSuite will no longer allow companies to use Online Bill Pay with Metavante (FIS). After Friday, March 31, 2023, any attempts to pay bills using Online Bill Pay with Metavante (FIS) will fail.
