How to Override Avalara when creating a Customer Invoice and use Custom tax code?

Hi,

we are able to override Avalara when creating a customer invoice. We have the non taxable offers. However we do have multiple custom tax codes that appear as drop down option when using other Invoice Forms such as intercompany. Is it possible for these drop down options to be availalbe for other Invoice Forms such as the one used for customer invoices.
