Can NetSuite WMS for one subsidiary, affect other subsidiaries?

Hello, I am currently implementing NetSuite WMS for one subsidiary only and I am worried the bundle installation can affect the other subsidiaries. The other subsidiaries have a 'standalone' WMS integrated with the ERP, and we would like to know if NetSuite WMS could potentially have a significant impact on any of the processes. It is important to consider that these subsidiaries do not share items.
