Why are we unable to configure Inventory Detail when fulfilling Sales Order?

Hello,

We're currently facing an issue in NetSuite when attempting to fulfill a sales order. What seems to be happening is, after clicking the unmark all button, and then attempting to configure the inventory detail for an item, there are no available entries for lot, bin, or status, they are simply just blank.

I can confirm on the inventory detail in the item record there are, in fact, quantities available that we should be able to choose from.

I'm not really sure how to proceed. And this issue is stemming from when we attempt to update the quantities elsewhere on the sales order itself, but are unable to do so and are receiving this error:
