NetSuite Connector - customers need to re-authorize Shopify connector
This notice applies to customers who use the NetSuite Connector Shopify integration.
On April 1, 2023, Shopify is ending support for the 2022-04 API version. This change affects Shopify connectors that use the fulfillment sync. Beginning April 1, 2023, the fulfillment sync stops working in Shopify connectors with accounts that have not yet reauthorized.
Recommended Actions
You need to reauthorize your Shopify connector before April 1, 2023, to avoid service interruption.
- Log in to app.farapp.com.
- Select the Shopify connector and account from the left menu.
- Go to Settings > Credentials.
- Click Account Authorized.
You will be navigated to Shopify website. Follow the instructions on Shopify site and when done you should get a success message in NetSuite Connector. If you have multiple Shopify connectors, repeat this process for each connector.
