Final Reminder: End of Availability of the SMS and Voice Call Options for 2FA
This notice is a final reminder that the SMS and Voice Call options are no longer available options when users set up their two-factor authentication (2FA) preferences in your NetSuite account.
What is Changing?
As of March 1, 2023, the 2FA setup wizard no longer lets users to specify the SMS or Voice Call options for delivering verification codes. Users setting up 2FA must use an authenticator app.
Users will only be able to set up an authenticator app for 2FA access to your NetSuite account. Users will still be given 10 one-time backup codes during 2FA setup.
Note: The ability to use a backup code to gain access to NetSuite was not affected by this change.
