Why is the Pricing on Matrix Sub Items not updating?

We have always been able to update Matrix sub items from the parent item. I updated the price levels>Update Matix>Push to all sub items. But the new price is not flowing down. Is anyone else having issues with this? Or am I doing something wrong?
