How to implement a filter in WMS mobile data table?

I have created a clone of the Receive Transfer Order process and now wish to modify the toReceiving_enterBin page by adding a filter to the toReceiving_enterBin_binListTbl table. The filter will exclude all inbound staging bins that are not carts.

To try and achieve this, I have already tried selecting the "Include in group filter" option on the Bin column and the "Retain column filters" checkbox for the table, but these attempts did not produce the desired outcome.

I would appreciate any guidance on how to successfully implement this filter on the table.
