How to enable Drag and Drop on Sales Orders?

I have followed the below steps in the hopes to turn on Drag and Drop for Sales Orders - however the dropzone is not showing on Sales Orders under the Admin role. What am I missing?

Setup > Customization> Drag and drop setup>New file Drag and Drop Record Type>Record Type=Sales Order>Folder Name = Drag and Drop folder>Save>save and Next

Also are we able to limit a specific role from using Drag and Drop on certain records? (we would want them to be able to DnD on cases but not sales orders).
