How to create a custom Delivery Status Notification message?

Is there a way to create a custom DSN message in NetSuite? We're looking to have some control over the message that gets sent if NetSuite tries and fails to send an email to a non-existent address.

Right now the default message looks like this:

We want to make that text more informative, since we're using "no-reply" email addresses from the system and want to alert people if they try to reply to those auto-generated emails from NetSuite.

Otherwise, is there a way to turn those DSN failure emails OFF?
