How to filter only open lines from a PO?

Hello guys!

Hope you all are doing great!

How could we filter the open lines from a PO using SuiteScript?

We need to filter only lines that are not closed or fully billed and without doing the math (quantitybilled - quantity) .

Is there any field to do this?
