How to fix WMS pickin - Error received when trying to pick items into the Same carton?

Hi there,

When using WMS, items from the same Sales Order should be able to be picked into the same carton. I have encountered an issue where an error displays when trying to add an item to an already used Carton for the Order.

Does anyone know what this error could mean?
