How to include running total and current value in saved search?

edited Jun 2, 2025 2:35PM in Ask A Guru 3 comments

Hi,

I've searched the forum and see how to include the running total in a saved search, but is there a way to only show the current value? For instance, instead of showing each transaction that's getting us to the running total, we only see the line once with the current total? For example, in the below picture I only want to see the first line number where it shows 289 in the right column:

the formula that i'm using in that column is:

{quantity}- (sum/* comment */({applyingtransaction.binnumberquantity}) OVER(ORDER BY {applyingtransaction.internalid} desc ROWS BETWEEN CURRENT ROW and UNBOUNDED following))
