Change in NetSuite Connector Hosting Migration Schedule

This notice is intended for customers who you use NetSuite Connector.

What is Changing?

On February 15, 2023, it was communicated that Oracle NetSuite will begin migrating the NetSuite Connector service to a new hosting environment. The migration schedule has been rescheduled to begin on May 15, 2023.

Required Actions

No customer impact is expected from this migration, however if you are restricting access into a cart, server, or other service behind a firewall using allowed IP addresses, you must add additional NetSuite Connector IP addresses to your firewall or web server configuration safelist or allowlist.

The IP addresses to be added are:

  • 158.101.44.97
  • 158.101.27.21
  • 141.148.149.162

Please ask your IT team or persons who manage your NetSuite Connector integration whether you are using firewall or web server safelist or allowlist. If you are, inform them of the requirement of adding the IP addresses before
