How to prevent WMS - Item Receipt double up?

Hi, has anyone encountered the following issue:

When using WMS, two people posted an item receipt within a minute of each other on separate mobile devices for the same Purchase Order. Now the system shows two of the same item receipts.

What has happened here? Are there system controls to stop two users receiving the same PO, or does this need to be a physical control?
