How to fix Error Message in NetSuite Ship Central?
I keep running into an error when attempting to open Ship Central in our sandbox environment. I've already installed SCM Mobile 2023, and installed Ship Central a moment ago. The error is: "The configured page custom_page_undefined does not exist". Could this be due to some customization we've done with the mobile pages in the past, or is this likely an issue that requires NetSuite Support (i.e. an issue out of our control)?
