NSC | Saved Search / Alert for the First Time a New Item has been Received
Scenario
User needs a Saved Search, to be used as an email alert, that shows the first time a new Item has been received.
Solution
Create a Transaction Saved Search with the following details:
- Criteria tab > Standard subtab
- Criteria tab > Summary subtab
- Results tab
On the Email tab of the search, select whether you need to "Send Email Alerts When Records are Created/Updated" or "Send Emails According to Schedule"
