How to allow specific customers to be freight free?
I am trying to work out how to allow specific customers to be freight free, we have a number of customers who are never charged freight, but i cannot work out how to mark this on their customer record.
And possible in a related manner i want to not charge freight on any backorders, we regularly have items we cannot supply as they are out of stock, so we will send the items we have and charge freight, but when the out of stock items re received we ship to the customer with not additional freight charge
