NSC | How to resolve CSV Import Error "Could not find record with External ID = XXX"?
Users usually get this error when Update is selected on the Import Options: Data Handling.
This is due to the system finding a record to update with the External ID that is not existing in the Account.
Please make sure that you select either "Add" or "Add or Update" on the Import Options Data Handling when performing the CSV Import.
If you are unsure whether the External ID exists on the Account, it is best to use the Add or Update as Import Option Data Handling.
