NSC | Mimic the Fulfill Button of the Sales Order Record in a Saved Search Using Formula (HTML)
Scenario
Instead of clicking the Fulfill button for every sales order record. The user would like to have a link in the saved search to create a new item fulfillment for each sales order that is in a Pending Fulfillment or Partially Fulfilled status.
Solution
The Formula (HTML) field in the Saved Search allows us to use HTML code to customize the results of our search further.
1. Go to Lists > Search > Saved Searches > New.
2. Select Transaction.
3. Input a Search Title
4. Under the Criteria Subtab, add the following filters:
a. Type = anyof: Sales Order
b. Main Line = Yes (to avoid redundant lines)
