NSC | Actual Revenue Plans Are Not Generated
Users noticed that Actual Revenue Plans have not been generated even after running the Update Revenue Arrangement and Plans process. Actual Revenue Plans are significant in recognizing revenue over a period of time.
To troubleshoot, you may consider the following:
1. Check the Item record
- Depending on the value set here, the system will trigger the creation of Actual Plans.
Under Revenue Recognition / Amortization tab, check Create Revenue Plans on field
- For example, if set to Billing, Actual Revenue plan will only be created once Sales Order has been invoiced.
2. Go to Transactions > Financials > Update Revenue Arrangements & Plans
- Check the Status
