NSC | Search that shows Vendor's Transactions and Messages

The user would like to create a search to monitor sales interactions and identify vendors that consistently deliver high-quality products or services. This enables users to cultivate strategic vendor partnerships and ensure a positive customer experience.


Create a Vendor Saved Search:

  1. Navigate to Lists > Search > Saved Searches > New > Vendor
  2. In the Results tab > Add the following fields:
    • Transaction: Type
    • Transaction: Document Number
    • Messages: Date
    • Messages: Message

Please note that you have the flexibility to include additional fields in the search based on your specific requirements and preferences.
