NSC | Unexpected Error When Saving an Email Template
The customer set the custom email template to inactive in Documents > Templates > Email Templates > Edit View Custom Email Template.
After setting the template to inactive and clicking the Save button, there is a warning about the template being used in merges. Click OK. The Unexpected Error and a link to contact support were prompted.
Instead of inactivating the email template through the Edit button, you can do the following:
1. Documents > Templates > Email Templates
2. Show Inactives: Mark as checked.
3. Locate the custom email template. Inactive box: Mark as checked.
4. Click the Submit button.
