NSC | Fix Company Logo Image Error when Printing Records
in Ask A Guru
When printing records, the Company Logo returns as a Question mark image instead of the actual company logo image. To solve this common issue, kindly follow the steps below:
- Open the image in the File Cabinet
- Click Edit
- Available without Login: Enter Checkmark
- Click Save
In some scenarios, this issue can easily be fixed by enabling the Available without Login checkbox in the image file. Do you have any questions about printing Company Logos? Let us know by replying in this discussion.
