Why Shipping Address will not populate in Workflow Email using the {shipaddress} field reference?

Hi everyone,

I am trying to send an email via workflow that includes the shipping address. However, when I use the {shipaddress} reference (internal ID for shipping address), it does not populate in the email. Has anyone experienced this before and/or know how to address?
