New To NetSuite | How to add a transaction in the Match Bank Data page without getting an error
In the new Reconciliation feature, users can now add NetSuite Transactions in the Match Bank Data page. This includes adding Journal Entries, Charges, and Deposits. However, there are customizations and preferences that can cause error when adding these transactions.
This is one of the most common errors that the user receives when adding Deposits or Charges on the Match Bank Data page:
Please enter value(s) for: Location
Note: The error may also include Department and/or Class. For discussion purposes, we’ll focus on Location. But the same steps will apply for Department and/or Class
