How to put zero in Inventory Worksheet with Bins?
I have just 'discovered' the Adjust Inventory Worksheet:
This seems like a potentially useful tool for a certain set of circumstances as it appears to let us accurately set the Stock Value for the changes (which is particularly useful when adjust an item into a location that has never been purchased at that location - a normal Inventory Adjustment in that scenario will set a stock value of £0 which is wrong).
However, I have found two issues / frustrations with this transaction type:
- If you need to set an Item to 0 stock and the location uses Bins, you are unable to complete the 'Inventory Detail' popup because the Bin value on this popup must be a positive integer (not 0). Is there any way to overcome this?
