How to sort an Items based on item price when using id as parameter in Item Search API in PLP page?

We are retrieving items through the item internalids using item search api in PLP page,but unable to sort the items based on their prices and pagination of items per page.

We were able to sort pagewise but unable to sort from all items which are in all the pages.
