Sandbox > Dunning Letters > Not sending automatically
I have created the level rule and procedure also and i customized the workflow also the frequent of the workflow is every 30 minutes .in the customer record after 30 minutes i am unable to see that the letter has been sent but ,when i pause the dunning and re pause the dunning the letters are sending . can anyone help about the dunning.
