How to handle Disputed Vendor Bills?
We are looking for a better process to handle vendor bills that are being disputed with the vendor. We mark them do not pay and record the reason in a custom field. Then when the determination is made that the bill will not be paid, a credit memo is created and applied to the bill. It looks like we can't use the cancel bill function because the bill was approved for payment. Any other suggestions?
