Why is Inventory Status not appearing on inventory count?

I've made a second inventory status 'broken' which is appearing on items when receiving them in on a purchase order, assembling a transfer order and a few other places.

But when doing an inventory count, only the default status 'good' is available.

Anyone know why this might be?
