Work order completion with 0 Components

Hello everyone,

In our system, it is possible to create a work order completion with only one component having a quantity and the rest being 0. Is there a way to prevent the user from creating Work Order Completion if any components are 0?

We use WIP, Work Order Completion With Backflush, and lot items.
