We are trying to add an integration to our website and have too many contact Saved searches. They are saying it's an API limit on NetSuite's side. I'm wondering if anyone has run into this before and if there's a way around the limit? Or what do you do to maintain less than 1,000 searches?
We have over 1,000 contact saved searches because we create searches to use in Dynamic Groups that we use in Marketing Campaigns. We can't delete the searches because they're used in Groups. Can't delete the Groups because they're used in Campaigns. Can't delete Campaigns because they've already been sent.
The only way we've been able to delete these searches is by creating a dummy search, then changing each group to use that dummy search. Then the searches aren't associated with the group anymore and can be deleted.
Our concern is if we manually delete a bunch of searches to get under the 1,000 threshold, we'll continue making searches and go over the threshold again. When that happens the integration will just stop. We can create a saved search to alert us when we're nearing the threshold, but would like to not have to manually delete searches all the time if possible.
