2023.2 Issue - Password Reset

Greetings,

My company was just upgraded to 2023.2 and we're inundated with requests to reset passwords. However, the usual team that handles restes is part of the overall IT Support group, and not NS admins. At this moment, only NS admins are able to reset passwords.

I'm also including the Role information
