Please note that on Friday, March 20, 2026, at 8:00 PM Pacific time, our Case Management System will undergo a scheduled maintenance for approximately 4 hours. During this time, case creation via SuiteAnswers will be unavailable and inbound calls will be routed to Customer Service.
Faxaway No Longer Offers Faxing Services – Switch to eFax
This notice applies to customers who have the preference set for sending faxes in your NetSuite account is the third-party vendor Faxaway. In the past 30 days, you have sent faxes from your NetSuite account. Faxaway discontinued their faxing service as of September 2022.
You must switch to eFax to continue sending faxes from your NetSuite account.
What is Changing?
Faxaway no longer provides faxing service. If you are still sending faxes through NetSuite, and Faxaway is selected as your faxing preference, be aware of the following:
- You are not notified if your faxes sent by Faxaway from your NetSuite account fail to reach the recipient.
