How to delete an Item record that fails to open and is attached to a UoM with a 0 conversion rate?

I have an inventory item that repeatedly failed .csv import (item does exists in our sandbox env) but when loading into Prod the item fails to open in either edit or view mode. It is also attached to a Unit of Measure that was not set up correct (Mass) kg with a unit type of Micrograms and it was set to 0.00 instead of

0.00000004.

I need a way for force delete this item record or update the conversion rate on the UoM.

Attempting to open the item record results in 'an unknown error has occurred.'

A support ticket has also been opened with NS support, but any help is appreciated is we are quickly approaching our go-live date of Oct 29th, 2023.
