How to print the Quantity Ordered and Current Percent on Advanced PDFs?

Hi, I'm wondering how to include the total quantity ordered and the % we are billing on the advanced invoice pdf. I found answer 80944, not sure if that's the right one, or how I can copy paste that to the source code.

If I put a "test" in the Quantity Ordered field, so I know where to find it in the source code, and paste the code provided in the answer to that space, it gives me errors when saving the source code. See below.

Your help will be greatly appreciated.
