Make-to-Assemble with buffer stock
I have a customer that wants to use a Make-to-Assemble model in NetSuite Lite Manufacturing and Supply Planning. They want to have "sub assemblies" built and ready 7 days before they start assembling the final item.
So if WO 123 has is scheduled to start on 14/06/2023 the components must be in the store on 07/06/2023
I have Supply planning working well enough, but I cannot find a way to program 7 day "buffer". Any ideas on how I can do this?
