Incorrect Sales tax calculated on invoice but correct on sales order
Just want to see if anyone here encounter this:
We use Avalara to calculate sales tax. From 9/13/23, the sales tax on the invoices were wrongly calculated through the invoice workflow, we have to manually perform the tax recalculation then the tax will be trued up. When I did testing, I copied over an invoice that had an issue, saved it, edited it, and saved it again. The tax amount changes from incorrect to correct after we did manual calculation. You can replicate the same process with a sales order. However, the sales tax is calculated correctly in this case. Based on these observations, I suspect there might be
