Please be advised that our authorized Account Integration Service Provider for the NetSuite Bank Feeds SuiteApp will undergo approximately two hours planned outage. Standard maintenance will take place to perform a database upgrade.
The schedule of the planned outage is on Sunday, 3 November 2024, from 10:30 p.m. Pacific Time to 12:30 a.m. Pacific Time, Monday, 4 November 2024.
During the maintenance window, all connections and import requests to your financial institutions in the United States and Canada through the Bank Feeds SuiteApp will be unavailable. If you try to connect a new U.S. or Canada financial institution to NetSuite or manually initiate an import request, you will receive an error message.

How do I find the detailed failed posting in amazon settlement sync
Receiving the following error during Amazon settlement sync:
Failed to add CashSale to NetSuite because the field Location is missing. You'll either need to set up a mapping to add the Location to the CashSale or remove the requirement for the Location field in NetSuite. Please see the following article for instructions for both options: SuiteAnswers: 103249
I know how to create field mappings in the Farapp tool so the Suite Answers article does me no good.
My issue is - the error doesn't tell me which Amazon order ID or settlement line is having issue.
I have been posting cash sales from Amazon FBA for 3-4 months now and settlements for 2+. I have not seen this error in posting cash sales OR the settlement process AND I can't drill into the details to find why something about this specific line being posted and how it is different than all other postings that have worked in the past.
