Reconcile A/P or A/R Aging Report Balance with Balance Sheet Report

Even after updating the preferences in the Home->Analytics-> Report by Period so that it shows either Never or All Reports, still my A/R aging balance doesn't match the Customers Balance in the Balance sheet.

What is the reason and how can I fix it?
