How to use Line fields as the condition for a Transform Record action in a Workflow?

Hello!

We have some items that will be used for drop shipping but they will not be marked as drop-ship items from the item record since they will also be sold normally.

Right now we are just manually clicking the DropShip PO link on the item line for B2B sales but we will now be having these orders come in through our ecommerce integration with lots more volume expected.

Is it possible to create a workflow that will do a record transform to the drop ship POs based on certain conditions (item name/number, subsidiary, channel, etc.)? I've started creating a workflow myself but not seeing a way to create conditions based on item names.
