Why are my Item Receipts printing more than once on the PDF?

Hii all

i want ask, my bill like this

we can see 1 item ony have 1 receipts,, but when im print this bill, the printout results are like this,

because there are 6 lines on the bill, the receipt shown on the printout has 6 lines, how do you show that the print only has 1 line per 1 item
