Inventory Valuation

Hii

I have a question, for example for item A the average cost is 1000

and at location 1 the valuation per piece is 1000

In the middle of the road, we find item A in location 2, and we will adjust it

What I want to ask is, how can we ensure that the first adjustment at location 2 brings a value of 1000? or you can't because there are no previous prices at that location
